About the Role
As a FP&A Specialist at Delta Protect, you will be a key player in connecting strategy with financial results. Your mission will be to ensure visibility, control, and timely analysis of key business indicators, directly contributing to decision-making. You will work alongside the Head of Finance to translate data into action, optimize resource utilization, and ensure the financial sustainability of growth.
Your Main Challenges
- Cash flow owner: you will be responsible for maintaining, automating, and improving the cash flow control system, always ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Lead short, medium, and long-term liquidity forecasting.
- Collaborate on monthly treasury and administrative activities.
- In conjunction with the accounting team, ensure timely monthly closings and tax filings.
- Facilitate the insights needed financial insights to the operations, management, and commercial teams to maintain sales volume, healthy margins, and a high customer retention rate.
- In conjunction with the Head of Finance, ensure that the company's overall strategy is supported by healthy and sustainable financial indicators.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, financial analysis, or strategic finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting analysis, and financial valuation methods.
- Advanced English
Key Skills
- Interest and ability to apply artificial intelligence, automations (low-code) to optimize financial tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong sense of accountability and extreme ownership.
- Intermediate-advanced English (B2 or higher).
- Previous experience in challenging and dynamic environments such as: startups, SaaS companies, or VCs.
