About the role
We are looking for our next Delta, an individual capable of transforming technical solutions into lasting, valuable relationships with our clients.
This role combines cybersecurity knowledge, business acumen, and account management, covering the complete service lifecycle: from technical support during pre-sales to execution, monitoring, and growth in post-sales.
The mission is clear: to ensure that each client receives the true value of our services, while identifying expansion opportunities that strengthen their security posture.
Your Key Challenges
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for technically-driven upsell and cross-sell..
- Ensure the proper implementation, deployment, and closure of projects with clients.
- Lead processes for service renewals, anticipating risks and opportunities.
- Conduct cybersecurity maturity assessments and propose the following strategic steps for the client.
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals to technical and executive stakeholders (CISO, CTO, IT Manager).
- Collaborate with Sales, Red Team, Blue Team, and Information Security teams to ensure the implementation, deployment, and completion of projects aligned with the defined work plan.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and account tracking in the CRM (Hubspot).
What you need to succeed
- Expertise in cybersecurity services such as MSSP/SOC (monitoring, detection, and response), as well as security testing like pentesting or red team.
- Understanding of the certification cycle, GAP Assessment, ISMS scope definition, risk treatment, and auditing of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, or PCI DSS and their impact on organizations' security strategy.
- Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security fundamentals in networks, endpoints, identity, and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure pillars: networking (firewalls, segmentation, VPNs), endpoints (EDR/XDR), identity and access management (IAM, MFA, Zero Trust), and vulnerability management (scanning, prioritization, remediation).
- Ability to interpret technical security reports and translate them into business value for technical and executive audiences.
- Experience in Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success at B2B technology or cybersecurity companies.
- Proven experience in account maintenance and expansion with metrics such as Net Revenue Retention, ARR expansion, cross-selling rate, upselling, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM and consultative sales cycles.
Education
- Qualifications: Systems Engineering, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related field (desirable)
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, ITIL (one or more, desirable)
- Languages: Native Spanish, English B2 or higher (technical reading, conversation, and presentations)
- Tools: CRM, Office/Google Suite, project management platforms
